What we're asking for
1
Anchor public-sector partners
  • Ministry of Agriculture — agricultural authority, participating extension officers, farmer mobilisation and validated production guidance, aligned with ENAIP 2.0.
  • Ministry of ICT — digital-government alignment, interoperability, connectivity partnerships, data governance and national scaling.
2
Implementation funding partner
  • 12-month programme finance covering: the full-time delivery team, farmer recruitment/onboarding/support, extension-officer training, platform development and infrastructure, SMS/USSD and low-bandwidth access, data governance and security, regional implementation, and independent impact evaluation.
3
Farmer and extension delivery network
  • Government programmes, extension services, cooperatives and farmer associations providing access to 1,000 farmers across all four regions, participating extension officers, regional coordinators, real production cycles to monitor, and ongoing engagement throughout the pilot.
4
Connectivity and technology partners
  • Mobile operators and technology partners providing zero-rated or subsidised access, USSD capability, affordable SMS, rural connectivity support, approved integrations, and technical participation in the national-access model.
5
Institutional adoption partners
  • Real operations, not endorsement. A financier to monitor funded production cycles; an insurer to test risk monitoring and claims evidence; a cooperative to coordinate member production; a development partner to monitor a funded programme; a buyer or aggregator to use production forecasts; and government to use aggregated intelligence for extension and planning.
